Winter Weather Update! Feb 27, 2012
Pepsi Challenge is on! It snowed all day yesterday with more to come. Over 8 inches of fresh snow means the 10K, 25K & 50K distance courses will all be in excellent shape for the race.

2012 Pepsi Challenge Update
This year's race has been postponed until Saturday, March 10th, 2012. It is the same race that was planned for Jan. 21st – all five races (25K & 50K Classic, 25K & 50K Freestyle and 10K races) associated with the Pepsi are being run as previously planned.
All pre-registered skiers are good to go for the March 10th race. PLUS FREE T-SHIRT TO FIRST 300 REGISTERED SKIERS!!
Prices for the race (25K & 50K Races) at this time is $65.00 until March 7, 2012.
There will be a $10.00 increase starting March 8, 2012 until race day = $75.00.
The 10K race remains $35.00 until race day.
March 7th, 2012 Midnight (Wednesday) is the cut-off date for on-line registration (Midwest Events). You can find the link on this website. In order to win any prizes – you must be pre-registered. You can still download our registration form on our website and mail in to:

| Noon – 10:00 pm | Registration and bib pickup at the Biwabik Park Pavilion, Main St, Biwabik |
| 4:00 – 8:00 pm | SPAGHETTI FEED - $7.00 per person – All you can eat – Biwabik Park Pavilion, Main St, Biwabik, MN. Tickets can be purchased at the door. |
| Saturday – March 10th |
| 7 – 9:00 am | Registration and bib pick up at the Biwabik Park Pavilion
No registration is done at Giants Ridge. You must register at the Biwabik
Park Pavilion before 9:00 am. |
| 9:30 am | Start of 25K & 50K Classic Races – Mass Start |
| 10:00 am | Start of 25K & 50K Freestyle Races – Gates 1, 2 & 3 |
| 10:15 am | Start of 10K Race Gate 4 |
All races start and finish in the stadium at Giants Ridge Golf & Ski Resort®. No refunds for any reason – including race cancellation. Race course and times are subject to change.

| Noon - 6:00 pm | Pea Soup Feed at the Biwabik Park Pavilion. There is no charge for the pea soup feed. There are showers available at the pavilion – bring soap and towel. |
| 3:00 pm | AWARDS CEREMONY – Biwabik Park Pavilion. We should be able to give out the major awards and class prizes at this time. You will be asked to sign for your prize at the Biwabik Park Pavilion. |
| Prizes: | If you are pre-registered you will be in the drawings for prizes. Your Bib packet will be tagged and you can pick up your prize at Registration on Friday or Saturday am. ONLY THOSE WHO PRE-REGISTER ARE ELIGIBLE. |

The new course maps are here! 2012 Pepsi Challenge 10k, 24k, 48k and Stadium maps available below.
 2012 Stadium Map The races will start and finish in the stadium at Giants Ridge.
 2012 Pepsi Challenge 10km Map The 10k race will again be run as two laps around a 5k loop.
 2012 Pepsi Challenge 24/48K Map The 24km race will be one lap around a 24km loop, with the 48km race taking two laps around the loop.
